Separate child profiles
Switch between children without mixing issue records, goals, meetings, actions, or the document index.
IEP and 504 organization for parents and guardians
School Support Desk turns scattered emails, conversations, meeting notes, and promises into a dated parent-owned paper trail, a clear question, and a follow-up you can return to.
The public tools and demo need no payment. The current offer is shown before subscription.
A concern-to-follow-up workflow
Start with the situation in front of you. The desk keeps the next practical step visible without asking you to rebuild the story each time someone replies or a meeting happens.
Record what happened, when it happened, where the information came from, and what is still unresolved.
Turn the record into a focused question, editable follow-up, or short agenda using only the detail you need.
Keep the school response, parent action, promised next step, action owner, and your chosen check-in date together.
Record what changed, what remains open, and the next return point so a small gap does not become a confusing history.
Designed for the parent-side job
Use it for IEPs, 504 plans, evaluations, and other school-support concerns for one or more children, while keeping each child's local records separate.
Switch between children without mixing issue records, goals, meetings, actions, or the document index.
Keep desk content in your browser, then export a complete backup or one-child handoff when you choose.
The core organizer, reply builder, meeting tools, reminders, and exports do not depend on AI availability.
Know the privacy model and the limits
The school-support details you enter stay in local browser storage by default. They are not attached to Stripe checkout or stored in a School Support Desk cloud record. Browser storage and exported files are not encrypted, so use a private profile and protect every backup you download.
The desk does not interpret an IEP or 504 plan, determine rights or services, calculate official deadlines, diagnose a child, or replace an educator, advocate, attorney, evaluator, medical professional, or other qualified support.
Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. School Support Desk receives the limited purchase and access information needed to manage a subscription, not full card details.
Questions parents ask before choosing a tool
Open any question for the practical answer. The same information remains available in the public privacy, terms, and support pages.
It is for parents and authorized guardians age 18 or older who want one place to organize an IEP, 504 plan, evaluation, or other school-support concern. It supports the parent-side work of keeping facts, questions, replies, promised actions, and check-in dates connected.
No. School Support Desk is an organization and communication tool. It does not provide legal, medical, educational, therapeutic, or professional advice, interpret a plan, calculate a deadline, contact a school, or decide what outcome a child should receive.
Desk records stay in local browser storage on the device and browser profile you use. They are not saved in a School Support Desk cloud record. Browser storage is not encrypted, so use a private device profile and avoid entering identifying detail you do not need.
Yes. The full desk supports separate child profiles, so each child can have a separate set of issues, goals, meetings, action items, and document-index entries. Use a nickname or initials instead of a full legal name when possible.
Local records can be lost if browser data is cleared, the browser removes it, or the device is lost. The desk can export a complete backup and a one-child caregiver handoff that you control. Those files are not encrypted, so keep them in a secure, access-controlled location and restore a backup when moving to another device.
Stripe hosts checkout and handles payment processing. School Support Desk may receive the purchaser email, transaction identifiers, product, amount, payment status, refund status, and access status needed to manage the subscription, but it does not receive or store full card details.
Yes. The fictional demo, free IEP and 504 Meeting Prep Pack, school communication log, school follow-up self-check, and parent guides are public. The current subscription offer, renewal terms, applicable tax, and final amount are shown before you authorize payment in Stripe Checkout.
No. The core issue organizer, deterministic reply builder, follow-up tracker, meeting tools, and exports work without AI. An optional bounded AI Assist may appear only when it is configured and available for an eligible subscribed account; the app shows its current status. Review every AI draft, and do not treat it as legal or professional advice.
